What happens to my data if a payment is late?
You keep read-only access to every booking, contract, and record you've ever created. You can always see your history — you just can't create new bookings until you're caught up.
Does GariDesk work if my internet connection is unreliable?
Yes. GariDesk installs like an app on your phone and keeps working through patchy connectivity, syncing your changes automatically once you're back online.
Can I manage more than one rental agency with one account?
Yes. One login can belong to more than one company, each with its own vehicles, bookings, and staff, and you can switch between them without signing out.
How do partner-owned vehicles get paid?
Each vehicle owner has a contract set to either a daily rate or a monthly fixed amount. GariDesk calculates what they're owed automatically for the period, separately from what the customer was charged.
Do you support Mobile Money?
Yes, mobile payment is one of the supported payment methods alongside cash and bank transfer, recorded against the booking automatically.
What happens if the deposit or signature is missing?
The booking stays pending. It only moves to confirmed once both the deposit payment and the signed contract are on file, so there's no ambiguity about what was agreed.
